How we handle your data. Short version: minimal collection, no resale, ever.
Fapgeist is a curated catalog of adult games operated independently. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
We collect: (a) the email address you provide at purchase; (b) payment confirmation data from our payment processor, Stripe, so we never see your card details; (c) standard server logs (IP, user agent, request timestamps) for security and abuse prevention; (d) privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics via Plausible Analytics — aggregated page-view statistics with no personal identifiers, used to understand which parts of the site need improvement.
We do not collect or store: payment card numbers, government IDs, real names (unless you give them via contact form), browsing history outside our site, or any data about which games you download.
Your email is used to deliver access credentials and important account/service updates. Server logs are used to protect the platform from abuse. Anonymous analytics help us improve UX. We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
We use a small browser flag to remember that you confirmed your age (so you don't see the gate every visit). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Third-party fonts from Google Fonts may set their own technical cookies — these are not under our control but carry no tracking identifiers.
We rely on: Stripe (payment), Hostinger (hosting), Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Account email and access status: kept while your account is active and up to 24 months after cancellation for legal/tax reasons. Server logs: 90 days. Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized — no individual records kept beyond 30 days.
You may at any time: request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw analytics consent. Requests are honored within 30 days. Contact us at our contact page.
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. We process EU/CA requests with the same procedure described above.
This Service is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
All transactional traffic is HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access tokens are signed and short-lived. We patch security updates within 48 hours of disclosure.
We may update this policy. The "Effective date" above changes when we do. Material changes will be highlighted.
